This 60-minute workout targets all major muscle groups using a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and dynamic movements to boost metabolism and leave you feeling energized.

Equipment needed: weights, resistant bands, mat or use body weight if you have no weights. (all items can be purchased on Amazon or Dollar Store)

Deep Stretch

Experience the power of stillness with Yin Yoga, a deeply relaxing and meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for extended periods, allowing for a profound release of tension and fostering a sense of inner peace.

Fit Flow

A dynamic blend of Pilates and yoga, designed to harmonize strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This invigorating workout combines the core-strengthening and toning elements of Pilates with the flow and balance of yoga, creating a seamless fusion of movement.

Beginners Yoga

Step onto the mat and begin your yoga journey with our Beginners Yoga class, specially designed for those new to yoga or looking to refine their foundation. This gentle, welcoming session introduces you to basic poses, breathing techniques, and the principles of mindfulness in a supportive environment.
